The chance class, from none to excellent, sets our share: the smaller your chance, the higher our share. We only really earn when you win.

The chance scale sets our share on winning
Percentage of the revenue you invoice under the won contract, in the first two contract years. Fixed before the work starts; unchanged afterwards.

What the class consists of: knock-outs met, winners of your size in this segment, incumbent supplier, weight of quality versus price, distance between your references and those required, time to closing, and your own assessment on the award criteria. You see each component and can dispute it.
Why no win percentages: we only name them once we can back them with real outcomes. The first hundred companies that bid with us provide that calibration; we publish their outcomes anonymised.
