Terms and conditions (summary in English)

The Dutch version at /voorwaarden/ is the binding text; this is a summary. Version 0.2, 14 September 2026, draft pending legal review.
  1. MyTenders is a service of Careerswitch B.V. (trade name MyTenders), Chamber of Commerce 93568347, VAT NL866452709B01, Duindigt 10, 2244 BR Wassenaar, the Netherlands, info@mytenders.nl, bank account NL96 REVO 2630 6175 21. We serve businesses only, not consumers.
  2. The service: we read every tender on TenderNed and every award on TED daily and match them with your company profile. Four phases, each your own decision: Introduction (free personal page), Keep receiving tenders (weekly list by e-mail), Deep dive (requirements, knock-outs and chance class for one tender) and Bid (we draft the bid; you check, sign and submit yourself). We do not guarantee an award.
  3. Prices: Introduction free. Keep receiving tenders €49 per month excluding VAT (€59.29 including 21% VAT), first 30 days free, no minimum term, cancel monthly with the button on your page or the link in every e-mail; you give a SEPA direct-debit mandate via iDEAL (€0.01 verification) and the first charge follows after the free period; an invoice is e-mailed for every charge; payments run through Mollie B.V. Deep dive €450 per tender, credited against the bid fee. Bid: fixed €750 per tender plus a share of the revenue you invoice under the awarded contract in the first 24 months, set before we start by chance class: modest 5%, fair 4%, good 3%, excellent 2%.
  4. You confirm your page via a link to your business e-mail address; you can correct your data (we recalculate immediately) and have your page deleted at any time, after which we will not contact you again.
  5. Deliverables are produced with AI systems and checked by our staff; they are drafts until you approve them. Your material is confidential, kept separately and never used to train AI models. Deliverables become your property after payment.
  6. Our liability per tender is limited to the fee received for that tender and to direct damage; for the subscription to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for errors in public sources or in data you supply.
  7. We do not work for contracting authorities and never contact them on your behalf. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the court of The Hague. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice; you may then cancel free of charge.
