Three ways to bid together

As a combination

Two or more companies bid together. One lead partner handles contact with the contracting authority on behalf of the combination. For turnover, experience and capacity requirements, what the combination has together counts.

With subcontractors

You bid yourself and subcontract part of the work to another company. Or you take part as a subcontractor of a company that bids.

Relying on third parties

You use the experience or financial capacity of another company to meet a requirement. You then show that those resources are genuinely available for the contract.

You become a member and build your own profile, like every member.
If a tender fits better together, you indicate on your own page which companies you want to bid with and for which tender. We give you an invitation link that you send to them yourself.
Every company in the consortium becomes a member and confirms in the app that its profile may be used in the project. After that consent we set the profiles side by side and against the tender requirements, showing per requirement who proves it.
You see what the consortium meets together and what is still missing. You choose the lead partner and the division of work yourselves.

What it costs

We call every collaboration in MyTenders a consortium: as a combination, with subcontractors or relying on third parties. Every company in the consortium is a member: €49 per month excl. VAT per company. For the consortium there is an additional €190 per month excl. VAT, invoiced to the lead partner or, with subcontracting, to the company that bids. How you share that is up to you. We do not bid ourselves and do not become a party to your combination. Working with other companies is allowed, but competition law limits agreements between competitors; read the article on bidding as a combination.
